Hello, and welcome to The Word. The Word is the College and Career Bible Study of Calvary Chapel of Johnson County. In John 17:17 Jesus is praying for his disciples and Christians everywhere at all times, and His prayer is this: "Sanctify them by your truth, your word is truth." As you study scripture you find the importance that is placed upon the word of God. In the day and age in which we live it is becoming more and more important to know and understand the purity of the word of God. That is what we are committed to at the Word.
